The “Pop-Up” Tenant Lounge
One of the advantages of choosing BetterSpaces for amenity lounge management is flexibility. Yes, we manage many pre-built, multi-million-dollar tenant lounges. But many properties don’t have the capital to invest in a permanent tenant lounge, or are still determining their long-term needs. In such cases, we’ll create a “pop-up” tenant lounge out of unleased space, furnish it, and activate it!
Sometimes we do such a great job that someone decides they want to lease the space. That’s okay! We pack up and move the entire tenant lounge to a new unleased space. That’s exactly what happened in this suburban midrise office complex. The original space got leased, and we moved to a new location. The move took a total of one weekend, at minimal cost.
