Summer Concerts!

Summer Concerts are the best…sometimes.

We had a perfect rooftop concert planned this month in lower Manhattan, but Mother Nature didn’t cooperate, giving us an extreme heat advisory. No problem! We moved our rooftop set-up into the lobby, tent and all, and had a wonderful “rooftop-in-the-lobby” concert!

The following week’s concert in White Plains went off without a hitch! Perfect weather for a jazz trio on the plaza.

Thanks to our “roadies,” musicians, building management teams, and most of all their wonderful tenants for making the most of it!
